Christmas Eve at Oak Grove
Join us for Christmas Eve Worship Online or in person
We will meet online for worship Christmas Eve Friday Dec 24th at 8:00pm on Facebook Live.
You can also watch the Christmas eve service on our YouTube Channel
Meet in person: 14700 SE Rupert Dr, Oak Grove, OR 97267
We're the thing that Oak Grove Blvd. jogs around!
What Time? 8:00pm
8:00 pm
We'll have music, read the Christmas Story, there will be a short sermon (@ 10 minutes), and everyone will light candles and sing Silent Night. This is a child-friendly service, but we will also offer busy bags, and the family space and nursery will be available for little ones (or parents!) who need a break.
If you come early to get a seat, there will be a musical prelude, but don't worry if you're running late, our ushers will help you find seats for your whole family together.
What should I wear? Just wear what you feel comfortable in. Worship will be the easy part of your day! Children in jammies are encouraged!
Child care is available in the nursery for ages 6 and under, but it's completely OK to keep your children with you in church. Baby noises and wiggles don't bother us! We also offer busy bags with activities for children, and a family space where you can take a break and still hear the service.
You'll be welcomed with a smile and hand shake when you come in, but we won't make you stand up and introduce yourself! If you'd like to know more about the church, fill out the Get Connected insert in the bulletin and drop it in the offering plate.
100% of our evening offering will go to Clackamas Service Center to support their new food hub which provides groceries to families and organizations without means testing and with respect for dietary issues and food cultures.
